Boss Lady
Hello to you!

Today I am writing to you to follow up on the history of Roze'l, whose portrait I have given you so far through my last few stories.

As you may have noticed, both my story and Myriam's contributed to the development of the products you benefit from today. So, to recap, following my eczema attack in 2016, it took me 2 years of struggle before I suddenly stopped everything and did an about-face. Once this radical turnaround in my life was made, I was jubilant with triumph and pride in having created my own soap, shampoo and moisturizer (2019-2020). Subsequently, Myriam made her request to me and I came to her rescue: another product was born!

Family, friends (and friends of my friends…) started to question me when they noticed the transformation of my skin and hair (knowing that in 2016 I did everything to go unnoticed)…

Every time I told someone that I made my own products, guess what? They would ask me to make them some too. Until I realized that I was providing, out of sheer generosity, to a multitude of people. That’s when I decided to put a stop to it.

Believe it or not, everyone wanted to pay to continue to have their products religiously.

In all this, I needed to set up a structure for the orders that were popping up everywhere (WhatsApp, personal IG, texts, voicemail, you name it!) and I was looking for a virtual assistant. So I called on Sarah (thank you Sarah!) – or rather should I say she fell from the sky (she's an angel) – who created my first website (2021). That was all well and good, but I quickly realized that I was producing a good quantity of products and that I was starting to have recurring expenses, etc. So, I had to make sure the company was profitable. It took several resources (human and financial) for the development of Roze'l. That's when I thought of incorporating the company (2022).

Despite Roze'l's incorporation, the feeling of imposter syndrome still haunted me.

Doubts invaded me: I am not a dermatologist, I am not a doctor… blah blah blah

You know what? I decided to stay authentic and true to myself.

Without necessarily having a so-called "official" seal, I recognize the value of my own experiences with my products and those who attest to their effectiveness. What other more poignant proof would I need to demonstrate the virtues of the products I have created?!

All this to tell you: believe in yourself!

Warmly,

Pink
