No need to wait for perfection to start something good.

Inutile d’attendre la perfection pour entamer quelque chose de bien
Hello to you!

I hope you and your loved ones are doing well.

As I told you recently, my skin adventures have turned into an epidermal adventure.

Because of my eczema challenges—or rather, because of them—I found myself experimenting with all sorts of ingredients in an effort to find what worked best for my skin.

Of course, I opted for what was as natural as possible, but be careful! Natural does not necessarily mean that it suits us. It is better to learn to know yourself well to find the shoe that fits you.

For example, you'll notice that there is no coconut oil in my products because it doesn't suit me. Another oil I have to watch out for is castor oil. It's found in very small amounts in the Pre-poo, and it's mixed with other oils. Also, since it rinses off quickly without staying on my skin, I only get the benefits.

By going cold turkey (even with natural ingredients!), I've realized that even shea butter sometimes needs to be paired with something else for optimal hydration and a more pleasant smell.

Psst, have you ever noticed a slight vanilla aroma when using Shea Rozé? Well, it contains vanilla essence… yes! Enough to tickle your sense of smell while you pamper your skin, all while benefiting from its soothing and healing properties.

Do you remember the story of Myriam, which I told you last month?

We’ll be back soon to better understand the powerhouse of the Revive spray.

PS: Take advantage of a few moments of cocooning to pamper yourself at home (or doing nothing!)

See you later
