I hope you are enjoying the beautiful days...
Today I conclude the round of presentations of my team.
Although I have already told you a little about my story (dermatological and hair), today I am lifting the veil on other aspects of my personality and my life.
Some would say that this creates a nice balance between my masculine side (construction) and my feminine side (ROZE'L). My businesses bring me a lot of satisfaction in that I have been able to position myself as a mentor to new graduates. Which makes me realize how much the path taken is strewn with challenges and that we are not immune to trials along the way!
Of course, I have had to deal with both racist and sexist comments in the construction industry, but I am not afraid to shut them up if necessary. The harmful attitude of many can serve as a springboard to surpass oneself and climb the unlimited ladder of this life. The lesson I learned from all these setbacks is that nothing can stop me unless I decide to do so myself.
I often wonder where I get the strength to continue to open up and pour love out to others, always striving to do good for others. For me, the key to success is following my path and listening to my heart.
In my humble opinion, academic learning can take us far if we take into account the discipline it requires, the perseverance and resilience it can stimulate in each of us. The same is true for the lessons we can learn from our own experiences or from those around us. I constantly continue to learn and draw inspiration from the experiences and successes of my peers in order to always improve myself as a person and an entrepreneur.
It was a great pleasure for me to share this slice of life with you. I hope it will give you the desire to spread your wings and take flight.
