A global vision of health

Une vision globale de la santé
Hello, hello!

How are you this week?

Have you been to the gym for your beach body?

Or to the spa to give yourself some quality time?

Maybe you've even decided to take charge of your diet (eat more plants, avoid gluten, etc.).

In the wave of self-care and self-love, we cannot ignore the fact of taking care of our own environment. Whether it is setting up a rest/meditation corner at home or simply changing the decor, the place in which we evolve has an impact on us and the way we maintain this place will have repercussions on our health in general.

A simple example: accumulating dust can pollute the air we breathe.

Are you thinking the same thing as me?

Our body is the environment that we carry with us everywhere.

What is in this environment? Is it accumulating to the point where we are suffocating?

Climate change is already ringing alarm bells for the planet, but what about the signals our bodies send us when they are overloaded with chemicals (soaps, shampoos, creams, deodorants, etc.)?

It all starts on a small scale.

When everyone cares about their environment and takes actions that influence the larger picture, we are all better off.

What am I getting at?

I decided to lead by example.

At ROZE'L, not only have we found a way to combine the benefits of nature with everyday hygiene products, but we will soon be adopting glass bottles as packaging.

Let's go together, one step at a time...
